You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive tailored insurance solutions and top-notch support. • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
• Grow and manage client accounts, offering advice on additional coverage options to help them stay protected.
• Secure client loyalty and attract new business through referrals, by building strong relationships.
• Deliver high-quality service, meet performance goals, and contribute to the success of the team.

About you:

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred: Insurance knowledge. Solid financial acumen.
