Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
Build rapport and understand client needs
Present services and guide clients through next steps
Qualify leads and coordinate consultations
Maintain follow-ups and ensure a smooth client experience
Participate in community outreach and events
Background in sales or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations
CRM and digital tool proficiency
Spanish required | English preferred
Driven, organized, and people-oriented
Competitive base salary ($45K) + commission
Top performers earn $100K+
