Caring Angels Home Care Caring Angels Home Care is looking for dynamic part‑time and full‑time Physical Therapists for our Home based Pediatric patients in the Bronx. This position pays a base salary of $135,000.00 and offers a competitive benefits package including Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan after 3 months of employment, 27 Paid Time Off Days and 10 Paid Holidays. Fee For Service is available at $100.00 rate per 30‑minute session for Independent Contractors. The option to cover Caseload on Weekends is available. Our part‑time and full‑time positions allow therapists to have a personal driver pick them up from home and drive them to their cases and then back home. We are the only agency in New York that offers this unique door‑to‑door car service. Physical Therapist Job Description The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home care patients. Supports the organization’s mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification. Education Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or both. Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist.
