Job Description – Home Visit Position $125,000.00 Base Salary – 37 Days PTO – Optional Driver Personal Chauffeur / Door-To-Door Service $125,000.00 Base Salary FFS rate of $100.00 37 PTO Days Off Home Care visits in the client's most functional environment Visits are 30 minute treatments Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a part-time or full-time dynamic Speech‑Language Pathologist for our Home based Pediatric cases in Brooklyn. This position offers an $125,000.00 base salary plus an excellent benefits package which includes: Medical and Dental insurance, 401(k) Plan after only 3 Months of Employment, 27 Paid Time Off Days, 9 Paid Holidays. The option to cover Case Load on Weekends is available. Our part‑time and full‑time positions offer therapists the option to have a Personal Driver pick you up from your home ( Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx ) and drive you to your cases and then back home. Currently, we are the only agency in New York that offers this unique door‑to‑door chauffeur service! Speech Language Pathologist Job Description Evaluates the speech and language rehabilitation needs of the patients and provides speech and language rehabilitative services as ordered by the patient's authorized medical practitioner. Performs clinical tests to assess speech and language disorders and potential for restoration; develops a plan of care with restorative and/or maintenance goals to meet identified needs. Performs speech language pathology procedures to achieve identified goals. Instructs patients/families and other appropriate persons/health team personnel in the use of assistive modalities and appropriate speech and language procedures. Performs other related duties assigned by supervisor; in an emergency, performs other duties necessary for the welfare of patients or the efficient operations of the agency. License/Registration/Certification/Permit Required New York State Speech Therapy License (required) Current certification of clinical completion in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
