Job Summary
We are seeking a clinically excellent Dispensing Audiologist to join our growing private boutique practice in Prosper, Texas. This is a true dispensing role: you will perform diagnostic evaluations, and fit premium hearing instruments, while delivering best-practices of care. A portion of the patient base is seen in local senior living communities, so comfort with outreach and relationship-building is essential .
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations across all ages
- Fit, program, and dispense today’s latest hearing aid technology (Phonak, Oticon, ReSound, Signia, Widex, Starkey)
- Educate patients and families on hearing solutions, care, and realistic yet fulfilling outcomes
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with local adult communities and referring physicians
- Mentor hearing-aid apprentices and maintain impeccable documentation
- Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing technology
Qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s in Audiology
- Current Texas Audiology license
- Proven dispensing and sales success (newer graduates with strong dispensing internships considered)
- Comfortable and confident in a sales-driven compensation model
- Reliable transportation and clean background check
