Texas Hearing & Tech is a growing, boutique hearing care practice in Prosper, TX. We're built on a simple belief: hearing care should be unhurried, honest, and genuinely centered on the patient. We value quality over volume and the kind of care we'd want for our own families.

About the Role

We're looking for a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who loves the fitting craft and the relationships that come with it. You'll guide patients from their first visit through fitting and long-term follow-up, helping them find the right solution and hear their best. Part of our patient care happens in local senior living communities, so a warm, patient-first approach matters as much as technical skill.

What You'll Do

Conduct hearing assessments for the purpose of selecting and fitting hearing instruments
Take ear impressions and fit, program, and dispense hearing aids across all major manufacturers
Guide patients to the right solution through a consultative, no-pressure approach
Provide ongoing follow-up care — adjustments, fine-tuning, cleanings, and repairs
Educate patients and families on hearing aid use, care, and realistic expectations
Support outreach and relationship-building in local senior living and assisted-living communities
Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with hearing technology

What We're Looking For

Current Texas Hearing Instrument Fitter and Dispenser license (TDLR)
Strong dispensing skills and a genuine, consultative approach to patient care
Self-motivated and reliable, comfortable with an hourly-plus-commission model
Excellent communication and a patient-first attitude
Reliable transportation for local community visits
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
