Your Role As a Home Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight for residential care homes, ensuring quality services and a supportive environment for residents and staff. Your key responsibilities include: Supervising, mentoring, and training staff to ensure a high standard of care. Managing day-to-day home operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance. Ensuring person-centered support and maintaining resident rights. Coordinating with clinicians, licensing consultants, and guardians. Overseeing medication administration and ensuring timely documentation. Monitoring staff performance and maintaining personnel records. Managing home budgets and financial reporting. Serving as a key liaison between HGA Administration, staff, guardians, and community partners. Providing on-call availability for emergencies and direct care as needed. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: College degree and/or relevant experience required. Supervisory Experience: Leadership experience in healthcare or social services required. Direct Care Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in direct care. Licensing & Background: Valid Michigan Driver’s License and satisfactory background check required.
