Position OverviewWe're looking for engineers who want to build & ship, run the protocol operations, oversee the onchain activities, and optimize for efficiency.This role is onsite 4 days per week at one of our global offices: NYC, Denver, or the Cayman Islands.What You'll Work OnBuilding and Operating the safest and most efficient Crypto NeobankDesigning and deploying Solidity smart contractsBuilding backend systems to automate on-chain operations, secure user flows, and integrate protocol logic.Engaging in rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability.Participating as the security guardian in securing ether.fi's web3 tech stacks/ops.You Might Be a Fit If YouStrong programming & design skill in SolidityStrong fundamentals in software engineering & enjoys problem solvings.Care about clean & secure smart contract code, and think deeply about edge cases and failure modes.Thrive in fast-moving environments where specs are open-ended and the best idea wins.Have hacked on Blockchain/Smart Contract stuff for fun — maybe you've built your own smart contracts, audited protocols, or played around with multiple DeFi protocols, MEV bots, etc.At least 4 years industry experienceBenefitsCompetitive salary, performance-based incentives, and token allocation grantOpportunity to work with a Top 5 Ethereum protocol, by TVLOpportunities for professional development and growth within the organizationHealth, dental, and vision insurance plansCollaborative and inclusive work cultureExposure to cutting-edge technologies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency spaceGlobal team with opportunity for travel and working out of our 3 offices around the world4 weeks work from anywhereExciting company events and team-building off-sites
