The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation in accounting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and investment strategies, and maintaining global consistency in asset class operations. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to inform financial decisions, overseeing treasury management, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the accounting team. The Head of Fund Accounting will also be tasked with managing comprehensive accounting oversight, providing expert guidance on financial transactions, and leading financial reporting processes. Applicants must have a BA degree, with a CPA certification being mandatory, and a minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, with a preference for expertise in private credit. The role requires proven leadership skills in managing both internal teams and external administrators, as well as a strong knowledge of fund structures, investment accounting, and valuation methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-location team management, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities also include contributing to cost control initiatives, championing compliance and governance standards, and enhancing infrastructure to support business growth.
