Regional Facilities ManagerThe Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the planning and operational management of all physical sites supporting the company's call center operations. This role ensures facilities are safe, efficient, scalable, and designed to enable high-performance customer service delivery across all locations. The Manager will oversee maintenance, space planning, vendor management, capital projects, and workplace experience initiatives.Required:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-8+ years of progressive facilities management experience, including multi-site responsibility.Experience supporting high-density environments such as call centers, operations centers, or large office sites.Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and facility operations.Preferred:Experience in customer service or BPO/call center environments.Certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP, or LEED.Experience managing geographically distributed facilities.Work Environment:Multi-site responsibility, including regular travel to call center locations.Fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment where uptime and reliability are critical.May require availability outside standard business hours for emergencies or major projects.70-100% travel in the United States.Locations: San Antonio, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Tucson, Tulsa or Miami Lakes.Why Alorica?Our culture shows up in how we work together, support each other, and show up for our clients.
