You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care for complex, rapidly changing patients, collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include ventilator and hemodynamic management, medication administration, patient and family education, and accurate EHR documentation. Full-Time Day Shift with every 3rd weekend rotation Medstar Good Samaritan Hospital ICU The ICU at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital is a 17-bed unit specializing in vascular and surgical critical care, with a diverse caseload that focuses mainly on general ICU care, including some neurological cases. The unit is known for its diversity and strong team dynamics, fostering an environment of collaboration where staff work seamlessly together. Specialty Care: Primarily focused on vascular and surgical ICU patients, with a mix of general ICU and neuro cases.
