Responsibilities

Conduct thorough annual policy reviews to ensure every client has the coverage that fits their current life stage.

Manage renewal cycles with a proactive approach to identify potential coverage gaps or savings opportunities.

Resolve client concerns regarding billing, policy changes, and coverage inquiries with patience and clarity.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client communications within our internal database.

Act as a primary point of contact for existing policyholders, fostering long-term loyalty through responsive and thoughtful service.

Provide clear explanations of complex insurance language to help our clients make informed decisions about their assets.

Requirements

Active Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license.

Strong proficiency with agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.

High level of comfort with telephone and email-based conflict resolution.

Experience managing high-volume renewal workflows.

Knowledge of insurance policy structures and coverage nuances.
