As a Customer Service Representative with Reeves Maddox - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
