As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Fitzpatrick - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. Responsibilities:
- Seek out and develop new business through lead generation and referrals.
- Explain insurance options in a clear and supportive way, recommending coverage that fits customer needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships with consistent outreach and personalized service.
- Keep records accurate and up to date while managing policy adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
