We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Work from Home Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and maintain patient records and other confidential information into our electronic database. This is a remote position that requires the candidate to have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter patient information, medical records, and test results into the electronic database with speed and accuracy.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections as needed.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and documents in a secure and confidential manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient data entry processes.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to data entry and confidentiality.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor for resolution.
• Continuously update and improve data entry processes for optimal efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

This is a remote position, but the candidate must be located in the United States. Our headquarters are located in United, Pennsylvania, and occasional travel may be required for training or team meetings.
