Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Care Team Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement Mentor and coach nursing staff members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfaction Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement facility policies and procedures Requirements Current registered nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a long-term care setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care delivery About Us Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation is a trusted partner in the community, providing comprehensive care and services to patients recovering from surgery or illness.
