Install Coordinator

The Install Coordinator supports the Residential Sales Department by organizing installation processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Process job information and ensure completion of required documentation. Register new equipment, submit rebates, and verify full payment (including financing). Prepare job costing paperwork. Maintain permit lists and track monthly sales numbers. Schedule sales leads and answer customer inquiries about installations. Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Required Qualifications 3+ years of office experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of HVAC industry terminology. Innovative, solution-oriented thinker.
