Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

We are a premier immigration law firm in Jacksonville, FL, searching for a professional paralegal who can meet with clients for intake meetings, compile necessary documentation, draft and file legal paperwork under the supervision of our Attorneys, and uphold ongoing correspondence with clients. Ideally, you should possess prior experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant in an Immigration law firm. 

While we are prepared to provide training on our internal procedures, you should have fundamental immigration law knowledge and Paralegal experience to seamlessly integrate into the role. We seek an individual who is proactive, friendly, and an exceptional team contributor!

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly based on experience

• Conduct client intake meetings with professionalism and empathy.

• Gather and organize supporting documentation for immigration matters.

• Prepare, draft, and file immigration applications and legal documents under attorney supervision.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their cases.

• Manage case files and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

• Work closely with attorneys and fellow team members to deliver outstanding client service.

• Ideally fluent in Spanish.

• Working knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures and documentation.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

• Someone who enjoys collaborating with a high-performing team and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
