Litigation Paralegal

The Jacksonville Office of Kubicki Draper is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience, preferably in the areas of bodily injury and/or general liability. Qualifications Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability Prior experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills Prior experience handling all aspects of discovery Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures Essential Duties & Responsibilities Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, create medical chronologies and bill summaries Handle all aspects of discovery Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel Must be task oriented and able to work independently in a fast paced friendly environment Benefits Competitive pay Top-tier medical insurance 401(k) with matching Much more #J-18808-Ljbffr
