You'll be building a book from the ground up, prospecting new business, developing relationships, and closing deals across personal lines, commercial lines, or both, depending on where your strengths take you. Work Arrangement : Hybrid, 3 days on-site in Media, PA How You'll Make an Impact Prospect and generate new business consistently so that your book grows month over month, not just when it's convenient. Build relationships with potential clients so that when they're ready to buy, you're the first person they call. Partner with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting so that every prospect gets a competitive, well-built proposal. Close new business and transition it smoothly into service so that clients feel supported from the very first conversation. Leverage Patriot's carrier relationships and brand so that you're never prospecting without credibility and support behind you. Track your pipeline and activity consistently so that your growth is visible, coachable, and built to last. Who You Are You're self-motivated and comfortable with the grind of prospecting, you don't wait for leads to come to you. You build trust quickly, whether it's a cold conversation or a warm introduction, people believe you mean what you say. You handle rejection without losing momentum, a "no" today doesn't change your plan for tomorrow. You're coachable, you take feedback on your pitch, your pipeline, and your process and actually apply it. You think long-term, you're building a book and a career, not chasing a single sale.
