The main focus is to identify and solve operational issues, create/review warehouse processes, create operational solutions, achieve KPI targets and monitor the third party logistics company's responsiveness. This position requires attention to detail and a focus on process improvement to make sure that we are meeting our goals of operational excellence and communication in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge/experience with ERP systems including JDEdwards preferred. Expert in a request management system. Demonstrates attention to detail, strong organization skills and can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written.15% travel with the Americas is possibleThe pay range for this role is $31-$33 per hour, however, pay offered may vary depending on internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program.
