B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Welder Fitter to join our team in Pleasant View, Utah. We are looking for exceptional craftspeople with a strong background in fabrication to help us build critical infrastructure for top industrial clients. We are offering a competitive pay rate of $20 - $30 per hour , depending on experience and weld quality. This position features a reliable Day Shift (Monday–Thursday 6 AM - 4:30 PM ) schedule, with occasional Friday/Saturday overtime. We also provide an extensive compensation package including weekly pay , health, vision, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off. QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of shop welding/fitting experience preferred (ASME, API tanks/vessels, or pipe assemblies experience is a major plus)
• Ability to consistently lay down quality welds passing X-Ray and Visual inspections on Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Alloys across multiple positions and processes
• Ability to accurately read blueprints and fit assemblies
• Proficient in setting up and operating standard fabrication shop equipment
• Must pass a hands-on weld test
