Medical Office Scheduler

WMH Physician Specialty Office Scheduler Full-Time. Scheduling and pre-registration of patient appointments. Responsible for obtaining pertinent demographic and insurance information form patients and physician offices. Physician Offices include, General Surgery, Urology, Urogynecology and Gynecology. Minimum Requirements Requires the ability to communicate effectively; Excellent interpersonal skills; Requires ability to shift between several duties simultaneously and maintain continuity; Must be detail oriented; Prior secretarial/clerical experience or education; computer/word processing and medical terminology knowledge preferred.
