Call Center - Industria de Salud

Representante de Servicio al Cliente – Industria de Salud Buscamos un Representante de Servicio al Cliente para brindar apoyo a clientes con sus necesidades relacionadas a planes médicos, coberturas y pólizas. Será responsable de atender solicitudes, procesar transacciones y ofrecer soluciones efectivas. Responsabilidades: Atender consultas y solicitudes de clientes relacionadas con pagos, reclamaciones, reembolsos, certificaciones, farmacia, cancelaciones y otros servicios. Procesar y documentar solicitudes de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa y regulaciones aplicables. Dar seguimiento a casos para lograr su resolución. Preparar reportes y apoyar procesos de auditoría según sea necesario.

Additional Skills

Requisitos: Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Comunicaciones o área relacionada (preferido). Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en servicio al cliente. Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y solución de problemas. Dominio del inglés y español preferido.
