H-E-B Store Department Lead

As an H-E-B Store Department Lead, you'll lead a well-stocked, well-maintained department, while providing superior customer service. You'll also perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training / developing Partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations / training, customer service / sales, and food safety. Additional department-specific responsibilities may include overseeing production planning and execution, applying advanced knowledge of current trends in beauty, assisting with inventory control, and ensuring compliance with department / store operating procedures.

Qualifications include age requirement of 18+, work experience, knowledge/skills/abilities in department production stations, communication and interpersonal skills, and an associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Licenses/certifications may include completion of company orientation, food safety and sanitation training, and eCommerce Online Ordering training.

Physical demands and working conditions vary by department, but generally include reaching, standing, walking, lifting, and exposure to various conditions such as wet, cold, hot, and loud environments.
