Senior Business Development, Telecom CX

The Telecom Business Development Manager will be responsible for providing tailored value propositions for Telco customer journey modernization leveraging GenerativeAI, Agentic AI, 1P/3P contact center solutions and GSI/ISV partners. The role requires understanding industry challenges for the consumer and business customer journey. The role is expected to deliver business outcome driven propositions along with solutions for customer in personalization, contact center modernization and substantial improvement in engagement with customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
