Our employee‑owners collaborate across specialties, combining creativity, precision, and deep expertise to solve the most complex challenges facing our clients and communities.In the role of Central Texas Digital Delivery Program Lead, we'll count on you to: Communicate, coordinate, and compile all project digital deliverables and exchange process at predetermined milestonesProject archiving at submittals and closeoutEngage in close and effective communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clientsMentor staff to help develop their skillsetsEngagement with the Digital Business Class contributing to initiatives to help improve workflows and awarenessWork with local area leadership to staff projects and provide input on project needs.Provide guidance for Project Managers to support project needsEngage with other Digital Delivery Program Leads to provide support and guidance.Develop workflows to improve efficiency, maintain quality, and create automation for project deliveryPreferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of Digital Delivery/BIM Management, demonstrated performance of managing large linear infrastructure Digital Delivery programs to integrate multiple engineering disciplines and Architectural DesignAssociate or Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience with Engineering & Architectural projects, with proven track record serving as BIM Manager on large scale infrastructure projectsDemonstrated experience in Model Authoring/CAD software such as Civil3D, Revit, Microstation, and OpenRoads Designer.Proficiency in BIM management and coordination tools such as Navisworks, BIM360, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud/iTwins, Synchro, and Assemble, supporting BIM uses like clash detection, 4D construction phasing, model health assessments, extended reality, and digital twins and digital asset management.Ability to manage CAD standards and workspaces in Common Data Environments (e.g., ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud), with familiarity with ISO-19650 standards.Experience integrating GIS into BIM workflows and publishing 3D models to GIS.Understanding of reality capture methods and integration of existing conditions data into design workflows.Awareness of current and future artificial intelligence applications in the AEC industry and BIM/CAD, including potential benefits and risks.Requires extensive knowledge of BIM, design development, construction documents, technical and engineering knowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to gather, organize and interpret data for process monitoring or business case developmentOral and written communication skillsQualificationsRequired Qualifications Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 10 years digital delivery experienceComprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systemsAdvanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructureAdvanced skillset of 3D Coordination toolsAdvanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication toolsFamiliar with industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specificationsFamiliar with basic automation and programming applications for efficienciesFamiliar with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applicationsFamiliar with content creation and management conceptsSuperior client service, communication, and presentation skills are essentialDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as a first line of technical supportExcellent communication skills, attention to detail and leadership traits are essentialMust have strong organizational skills to establish priorities between technical support requests and project workMust be enthusiastic, energetic, and an excellent work ethicWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
