Winter 2027 Tax Internship

Responsibilities Deliver tax advisory and compliance services to clients. Participate in intern orientation, technical training, and development programs to support client engagements. Provide hands‑on experience in tax work and learn from senior staff during real‑world engagements. Demonstrate performance and potential for full‑time associate placement at the end of the internship. Qualifications Enrolled as a student during the current school year in an accounting, law, or related business program with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state under consideration before starting full‑time employment. Able to work full‑time for the duration of the internship. No immigration sponsorship available for this position. Outstanding academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above. Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization desired. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel. Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving. Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability. Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Benefits The pay rate range for this position is $29.33 to $100.75. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees/certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location.
