• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings and discovery correspondence with precision and clarity
• Taking and defending depositions
• Assist in managing client cases by preparing for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings
• Maintain organized case files
• Collaborate with team members/partners to develop case strategies.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required. 0-4 years of experience preferred.
• Proven experience or internship in a law office setting involving legal research and drafting
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a busy legal environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective client communication.
