Office/Parts Assistant ! We're looking for motivated individuals who are used to working autonomously to work

Monday-Friday

in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Order parts and materials for repairs including warehouse materials Schedule appointments for technicians to complete repairs Inbound/Outbound calls to customers Serve as back-up dispatcher while also coordinating effectively with other dispatchers and field teams Assist with and receive purchase orders; verify quantities and orders match. Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and operating office equipment Assist homeowners with HVAC service needs in a calm, professional manner Maintain detailed and accurate records Stay organized and focused throughout long shifts Participate in team huddles and occasional training-while owning your day-to-day workflow Work independently multiple days during shift What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in HVAC, administration, customer service, and/or dispatching a plus Proficiency in MS Office Service Titan experience preferred, but not required Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional communication and problem-solving skills Confidence in multitasking and prioritizing tasks without supervision Strong attention to detail and reliability Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Reliable and dependable, consistently arriving on time and ready to work
