Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Requirements:

• Hands-on CNC milling and CNC lathe experience required
• Experience writing and creating CNC programs
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Knowledge of machining equipment and manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members, vendors, and customers
• Ability to stand for 100% of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Job Duties:

• Operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes to manufacture precision components
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs to meet production requirements
• Assess customer needs and provide technical feedback to management, vendors, and clients
• Support customer projects by ensuring products and services meet specifications
• Set up, operate, and monitor machining equipment for quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
• Collaborate with production teams to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
