Shift: Day – 5x8 Hours (07:30 AM – 04:00 PM) (Shift times may vary between 0700–1700 business hours)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN Case Management experience in an acute care hospital .
• Pediatric/NICU experience required.
• Active Alaska RN License required (must be in hand for Auto Offer).
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, utilization review, and case management .
• ACM certification preferred; BLS preferred (not required).
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Weekend coverage every other weekend and floating within Case Management services as needed.
