Join Our Team as an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to become part of our team at a newly established primary care facility in Warsaw, Indiana.

Role Details

Office Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Flexible Scheduling: Options available to accommodate your needs
Patient Contact Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week, with 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks
Current Call Schedule: 1:6, with a light and manageable call burden
Work-Life Balance: Designed to promote a healthy balance between professional and personal life

The Team

Your future colleagues will be based at the new primary care facility, Warsaw Center Lake, situated in a high-demand area. This site will also feature walk-in clinic services, along with on-site lab and X-ray capabilities. The team will eventually grow to include four primary care providers.
