Our organization is currently seeking an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our team at a new primary care facility in Warsaw, Indiana .

• Office Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Flexible scheduling options available
• 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks
• Current call schedule is 1:6
• Minimal and manageable call responsibilities

• The team will be based at the new primary care facility: Warsaw Center Lake
• Located in a region with high demand for healthcare services
• The site will feature co-located walk-in clinic operations, along with lab and X-ray facilities
• The team will eventually comprise four primary care providers
