Location Clay, New York Job type Contract Salary $59.35 - 85.81 per hour Work hours 8am to 4pm Education Bachelors Responsibilities Lead the full subcontract formation process, including pre-qualifying bidders, preparing bidder lists, and assembling comprehensive bid request packages. Direct negotiations for subcontracts and service agreements, manage moderately complex contract changes, and secure necessary approvals. Oversee ongoing subcontract administration by performing progress reviews, financial forecasting, and proactive risk communication. Coordinate and conduct critical meetings-such as pre-bid and bid clarification sessions-to ensure complete alignment between Our Client, customers, and contractors. Implement standard supply chain work processes to guarantee strict subcontract compliance with overall project requirements.
