Senior Project Manager (Spanish-Speaking / Bilingual preferred)

As a Senior Project Manager at Attensi, you’ll play a key role in shaping the learning experiences we create and the way we deliver them You’ll work closely with simulation designers, technical teams, commercial stakeholders, and clients to turn ideas into engaging, high-impact training, combining creative input with confident project leadership from scoping through launch, adoption, and long-term success As Attensi continues to grow with clients across Spanish-speaking markets, this role will be especially valuable for someone who can confidently engage with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and help deliver high-quality customer experiences across both English and Spanish-language environments This role is based in Boston and will work closely with our growing US team while supporting customers across North America and global markets Deliver a portfolio of customer projects across different products, industries, markets, and levels of complexity Lead complex projects end-to-end, from kick-off through launch and enablement, coordinating internal delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and senior decision-makers Own clear project scoping, alignment, and governance, ensuring expectations are set, approved, and actively managed across internal and external stakeholders Shape project plans, delivery approaches, and success criteria, balancing customer goals, commercial priorities, creative ambition, and technical feasibility Track progress, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and resourcing needs, defining clear escalation paths when plans deviate Run day-to-day delivery management, removing blockers and keeping teams aligned, focused, and moving forward in a fast-paced working environment Lead customer conversations with confidence, including senior and executive-level stakeholders, adapting your style to diverse audiences and levels of complexity Act as a trusted delivery partner for customers, helping them make decisions, navigate trade-offs, and stay focused on outcomes and long-term value Onboard new customers and ensure they are set up for long-term success, playing a critical role in expanding Attensi’s position in the US and global markets Coordinate project implementation and technical setup in partnership with internal specialists and customer technical contacts Develop a strong understanding of how systems integrate and how technical decisions impact delivery, risk, scalability, and customer experience Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve Attensi’s project management workflows, governance, tools, and ways of working Support and mentor newer project managers, sharing best practice and helping raise the overall standard of delivery across the team Take ownership beyond individual projects by identifying patterns, improving processes, and helping the team deliver more consistently as we grow Benefits Flat, open and free environment, surrounded by committed, smart and talented colleagues from a variety of backgrounds, both culturally and academically Good opportunities for further development and growth in both the role and the company Monthly social activities like Attensi-days, sporting events, after-work drinks, parties, game nights and company trips to our Norwegian HQ or elsewhere Requirements Excellent organizational skills and the ability to bring clarity, structure, and pace to complex or fast-moving projects. Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how project outcomes tie to customer value, adoption, renewal, and growth. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and guide customers through ambiguity or change. Proven experience leading end-to-end customer projects, ideally involving implementation, enablement, technical setup, or complex stakeholder groups. Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally supporting other project managers would be a strong advantage. Comfortable asking questions, scoping technical needs, and collaborating with technical experts without needing deep IT expertise. Around 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, SaaS delivery, implementation, or client-facing delivery roles. Curious and open-minded about emerging technologies, including AI, with an interest in exploring how they can enhance learning, delivery, and customer impact. Technologically curious and digitally savvy, with a genuine interest in how systems work, integrate, and scale. Creative, collaborative, and self-starting, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Spanish language capability is strongly preferred. We are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent or professionally proficient in Spanish and confident using it in client-facing conversations. Comfortable managing risk, scope, dependencies, timelines, and budgets, while knowing when and how to upscale effectively. Confident leading customer discussions, workshops, and governance meetings, including with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams at once, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain momentum across competing demands.
