This position will work on-site. Essential Functions:Prepares, reviews, and submits customer billingsApplies principles of accounting to compile and analyze financial information to prepare Government and Commercial billings (Cost Type, Time and Material, Firm Fixed Price Progress Payments, Milestones, and Performance Based Payments) and perform detailed analysis of billings, collections in support of NGAS Business Sector contractsMaintains and oversees collection of aged billed receivablesMonitors miscellaneous accounts receivable reporting and resolution of payment issuesPerform analysis of unbilled balancesSupport monthly cash collection and forecasting goalsInterface with internal and external customersSupports banking and treasury requirementsSupport DCAA incurred costs and billing auditsComplete special projects as neededBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field with 2 years of accounting experience OR a Master's degree in accounting or finance with stated experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to work on site in Melbourne, FL.Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accountingGovernment contracting experienceFamiliarity with GAAP, FAR, CAS, IFRSExposure to financial reporting systems, particularly SAPPrimary Level Salary Range: $59,600.00 - $89,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
