Compensation Breakdown: Base Salary $91,000 - $110,000 (includes monthly Saturday rotation) Total Compensation $96,000 - $115,000+ with performance bonuses Benefits 401(k), full health benefits, flexible PTO CEU Budget $2,000 annually Responsibilities What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat active adults & athletes with a focus on both rehab and long-term performance Design and implement sport-specific and performance focused programs (from breathing drills to trap-bar jumps). Use clinical reasoning and movement-based assessments to guide treatment Track objective KPIs and iterate plans. Collaborate with a supportive team in modern, well-equiped facilities.
