We provide training and mentor support.Roles And ResponsibilitiesComprehensive support: Help clients with daily living, safety, and independenceProfessional friendship: Build healthy, respectful relationships with strong boundariesDaily living assistance: Support personal care and household needs with dignityHealth and wellness: Join clients at medical visits, encourage healthy habits, and support social connectionOrganization and documentation: Plan the day, follow the care plan, and record visits with accuracyWho Thrives HerePeople who keep their word and show up on timePeople who can organize a day, follow a plan, and adapt in the momentPeople who listen deeply, speak clearly, and build trust with families and teamsPeople who take pride in consistent action and resultsImportant Fit CheckThis role requires a dependable personal vehicle every day.
