The Impact You'll Make

• Strategic Oversight: Design and maintain the end-to-end recruitment process, establishing clear measurement definitions and reporting to close talent gaps.
• Specialized Recruiting: Lead full-cycle recruitment for Manager to Executive level positions, specifically focusing on HR and Legal verticals.
• Sourcing Innovation: Build selection matrices to identify optimum channels and proactively source "hard-to-fill" roles from the competition and niche networks.
• Process Excellence: Optimize the recruitment budget, reduce cost-per-hire, and leverage Workday and Eightfold to streamline global efficiency.
• Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert, providing talent availability insights and semiconductor industry benchmarks to hiring teams.
• Leadership: Train and mentor new recruiters on global tools and represent the region in worldwide staffing initiatives.

What You Bring

• Experience: 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 7 years of deep sourcing expertise.
• Domain Expertise: A mandatory background in recruiting for HR-specific roles and direct exposure to semiconductors, capital equipment, or advanced hardware environments.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced experience with Workday, Eightfold, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority sourcing projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Experience supporting high-growth, complex tech organizations.
• Expertise in diversity sourcing strategies and advanced talent mapping.
• Analytical skills with a focus on tracking and improving sourcing metrics.

salary: $65.92 - $70.92 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
2. Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
3. Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
4. Build quality relationship with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes, and associations.
5. Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes.
