Leasing Consultant – Wausau, WI
Pay: $17–$19/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Career Strategies is hiring a Leasing Consultant for a brand-new apartment community in Wausau, WI . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into property management — no leasing experience required, training provided .

We’re seeking a candidate with strong customer service, administrative, sales, or real estate experience who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle a busy office environment .

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing applications and lease-up paperwork
• Process new lease-up applications for a newly built community
• Conduct tours and schedule appointments
• Support compliance and maintain organized files
• Provide excellent customer service and administrative support

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Customer service or office experience required
• Sales or real estate background is a plus
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm
• Pay: $17–$19/hour, depending on experience
