Customer Service Representative - REMOTE (Temporary Position)

In this entry-level role, you'll support a popular tax software's customers by guiding them through the software, answering account questions, and helping them find prior returns — no previous tax experience required; education classes provided. You will assist customers via various support channels including phone support with video chat capability and traditional chat support.
