We are excited to partner with a well-established production warehouse in Hackettstown, NJ, currently seeking motivated Sanitation Team Lead to join their growing team.Could this be the opportunity you’ve been looking for? Job Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00pm to 3:30am. Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour Environment: Fast-paced production/plant setting with moderate to high noise levels. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and supervise the team.
Assign tasks and ensure timely, accurate cleaning.
Sanitize equipment and work areas per procedures.
Verify standards for company and food safety compliance.
Train staff on sanitation, equipment, and safety.
Monitor performance and provide guidance.
Conduct pre-op checks for production readiness.
Maintain records and documentation.
Ensure chemical/PPE use.
Report issues to management. Requirements
Some clients may require a background check and drug test.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.
