Senior Change Management Consultant

To support a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on implementing Workday Skills and Talent Optimization, the remote contract Senior Change Management Consultant will lead organizational change management activities, develop strategies, and engage stakeholders to drive adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead and support organizational change management activities for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and deliverables Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of change management experience Experience working in a healthcare, research, or academic environment Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation projects Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and ADKAR Certification required upon hire
