How you'll make an impact in this role

• Monitor and evaluate real-time cardiac rhythms on telemetric devices to identify patterns, ensuring immediate awareness of any subtle changes in patient heart activity.
• Identify and document irregular rhythms or sudden changes in heartbeats, providing the precise data tracking needed for accurate clinical decision-making.
• Communicate critical changes immediately to the nursing and attending physician teams, serving as a vital early warning link for rapid patient intervention.
• Manage and maintain telemetry monitoring equipment and inventory, ensuring all lifesaving monitoring tools are fully operational and ready for patient use.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
