Your future role at a glance Location: Oshkosh, WI Facility: Mercy Hospital Department/Specialty: Central Telemetry Monitoring Unit Schedule: Part-Time, Days How you'll make an impact in this role Guard patient safety by providing vigilant, real‑time heart rhythm monitoring for those in critical care, acting as the first line of defense against cardiac complications. Facilitate rapid clinical responses by immediately identifying and communicating significant rhythm changes to nurses and physicians, ensuring life‑saving interventions happen without delay. Champion data integrity by meticulously documenting cardiac journeys, providing the medical team with the high‑quality records they need for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Ensure operational readiness by managing specialized monitoring equipment and inventory, so the team always has the functional tools required to provide uninterrupted care. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
