Labor And Delivery Registered Nurse

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional patient care during childbirth and postpartum. The nurse will support mothers through labor, delivery, and recovery, ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and progress during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed, ensuring safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing critical support during critical moments.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Ability to work 7pm-7:30am and participate in rotating weekends.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications such as BLS and ACLS preferred.
