About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the annual budgeting process, rolling forecast cycle, and building integrated financial models. This role requires a strategic partner who can provide deep FP&A expertise, strong SaaS/subscription financial acumen, and the ability to operate with credibility across the business. The VP, FP&A will also be involved in board and executive reporting, business partnership, and strategic analysis, and will be expected to build, mentor, and manage the FP&A team. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an FP&A function in a private equity environment. Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model is highly preferred, as is a background in a private equity-backed or investor-reported environment. The role demands a candidate with a strong command of financial modeling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an MBA or CPA is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing financial models, as well as experience with modern FP&A or BI platforms.
