The VP of Finance, Services will also be responsible for collaborating on strategic growth initiatives, financial close, and presenting financial analysis to department heads. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of work experience, with a focus on FP&A or finance business partnership, and a proven track record of leadership and communication skills. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance, Services at the company include serving as a thought leader in all financial and operational decisions, working with executive leaders to create detailed budgets, and ensuring the accuracy of financials for the business unit. The role requires a results-oriented individual with a high bias for action, strong ownership of accountability, and the ability to manage a high-performing team.
