PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility patients

Patient Volume/Census: High-demand fertility and reproductive medicine practice

Admissions: Limited inpatient responsibilities

Rounding: Minimal

Phone Consults: As Needed

Case Mix: Fertility evaluations, infertility treatment, reproductive endocrinology, and advanced fertility procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Eligible for Michigan medical licensure

BC in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG)

BLS and DEA

Clean Record

Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)

Completion of ACGME-accredited 3-year REI fellowship required

35 years of post-fellowship REI experience required
